Garlicky Paneer

This paneer preparation has predominant flavour of garlic.

Ingredients:
Garlic,crushed12 cloves
Cottage cheese (paneer),cut into 1/2 inch pieces400 grams
Oil3 tablespoons
Cumin seeds1 teaspoon
Onions,chopped3 medium
Ginger-garlic paste2 teaspoons
Green chillies,slit2-3
Turmeric powder1/4 teaspoon
Coriander powder1 teaspoon
Cumin powder1/2 teaspoon
Red chilli powder1/2 teaspoon
Saltto taste
Yogurt1 cup
Garam masala powder1/2 teaspoon
Juice of 1 lemon
Cream1/2 cup
Garlic,fried4-5 cloves
Method
Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic, cumin seeds and onions and sauté for two minutes or till the mixture is lightly browned.Add ginger-garlic paste and green chillies and mix. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and red chilli powder and mix well.
Add salt and yogurt and mix well. When the mixture comes to a boil, add paneer cubes and mix gently.
Add garam masala powder, lemon juice and mix lightly. Add cream and switch off the heat. Garnish with fried garlic and serve hot.
